Nathan Gibson is a sophomore at Rensselaer, pursuing a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering with minors in Physics and Music. He has been involved with the ANS Outreach Committee, organizing the Nuclear Science Merit Badge program, which brought over 40 local scouts to campus last year. Last summer, he completed an internship for Barbour Stockwell, Inc., designing test equipment for high speed turbines. Nathan’s main interests lie on the design side of nuclear power generation. After graduation, he hopes to attend graduate school before entering the industry.

Frederick is entering his senior year at RPI pursuing a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering. Along with the active involvement in the American Nuclear Society, Frederick finds time to be the Secretary of Newman Catholic Fellowship, Co-President of the RPI Mock Trial Team and participating in several additional clubs and societies. Frederick assisted with the ANS Student Conference held at RPI in 2006. Frederick aspires to receive a doctorate in Nuclear Engineering. Frederick also hopes to get a job within the Non-proliferation section of Nuclear Engineering.
